**Review for Attorney Pattric Stollmeyer**
I want to share my experience with Pattric Stollmeyer as a warning to anyone considering his services. From the outset, my interactions with him felt like a never-ending merry-go-round of miscommunication and deception.
Before my major back ...surgery, I expressed my concerns about the recovery time and how it would affect my ability to work. I told him I could not be off for 12 weeks without income. Pattric assured me, "John, I am your friend besides being your lawyer. My job is to ensure you’re financially okay while under the doctor’s care; your only focus should be your rehabilitation." He promised to handle my financial concerns while I recovered.
However, after the surgery, everything changed. Instead of support, Pattric began telling me I needed to go back to work despite my doctor’s orders prohibiting it for 10 to 12 weeks. I explained to him this and he told me I had to do whatever I had to do. He even told me I should get back with my ex-wife just to let her pay my bills. I told him that’s not the godly thing to do. His tone shifted to one of indifference, and I felt abandoned during a critical time when I needed assistance the most.
Additionally, I learned that Pattric collaborates with a man named Joseph Mcook to bring in clients. Joseph has been doing this for years, and there is a clear paper trail, as these transactions go through Pattric's bank. I know this firsthand because I referred a friend, Jason from Floresville, to Joseph. After taking Jason to Pattric’s office, Joseph returned to my home with $500 cash he was upset that Pattric only gave him $1000 that dayand mentioned he had referred over 30 different clients to Pattric, all for compensation of 1500 or more. Patric was also representing Joseph in a legal case they lost this last month just to keep Joseph on his good side. He wrote Joseph a $10,000 check. It was cashed at his bank. I think it’s PNI in San Antonio, Texas.
Pattric also gave Joseph lots of money throughout the year for different things just to keep him hush-hush.
Based on my personal experience and this troubling knowledge, I urge anyone seeking legal representation to think twice before dealing with Pattric Stollmeyer. My experience has shown me that his practices are untrustworthy, and I do not recommend him.
Do you know when I signed up Joseph Mcook took me up to Patrick’s office. Joseph was telling me he was gonna get $2000 and I was supposed to get $1000 that day for signing up. Pattric didn’t give me the money so Joseph told me to go in and get my paperwork I did just that three days later. Patric calls me and asked me to come to the office without Joseph. I did just that he signed me up and took the case and told me don’t tell Joseph anything about this. Well a few months past my son mentioned to Joseph that Pattric was my lawyer immediately Joseph Paul, Pattric, and jumped on him and told him he screwed him out of his money. Do you know Pattric sent me a letter the same day dismissing my case. At this time, I told Pattric I was going to file on him because that’s not right him dropping my case because he owed somebody money for bringing clients in. He immediately took my case back and said he had made a mistake. This guy is nothing but a crook. I’m telling you stay away from him I have paperwork right now in front of me I am filing on him.
