Chase Hardy has been an incredible help to my husband and myself as we found ourselves in an unexpected legal battle in regards to a situation dealing with guardianship of an adult with multiple special needs. Because of this, I focused on answering his questions clearly and truthfully while I was testifying. When I was testifying, I never felt I was by myself on the witness stand. I will always be forever grateful for this. This created an environment that helped me to fulfill my goal to communicate my testimony to the judge clearly and confidently, which I was able to do. Chase Hardy always knew that our number one goal, that my husband and myself had through our legal journey, was to have the judge rule my husband remain legal guardian of this wonderful person with special needs. By convincing the judge of this, this person would be able to continue living with us in HIS home, that has been his home for the past 7 years.
