Unfortuantely I have had to use her for two seperate cases. She helped me get joint custody of my older kids and held my child support in check. She also helped me get full custody of my 5 year old daughter. She is an outstanding Attorney and I refer all my friends and contacts to represent them... every chance I get. She is a great person and always tends to listen, even during the challenging, dramatic, emotional times. She would be an excellent choice for your next obsticle. I strongly refer Her to anyone in need of a great person first and attorney.

I hired Ms. Rivera to handle a fairly simple custody modification. She almost never returned my phone calls or e-mails and did nothing on my case. She lied about filing and having a court date. When I went to fire her, she was not in the office (which seems fairly typical for her.) I never heard from... her again and did not get any type of refund for my retainer even though she did nothing on my case. I have known a few other women who have used her and they all stated that they had the same problem. I would not recommend using Ms. Rivera.
