Diane assurred me should would take care of custody issue after had sole custody of my son for 10 years and got sued by grandparents once the child's father wss arrested for unpaid support. Diane was completely unprepared, absolutely no match for the other attorney, and failed to file an appeal after... the presiding judge made orders although there was not agreement by both parties. Still tied up in court 3 years later as a result of the poor manner Diane handled case initially. Could not get calls returned, did not file documents timely and kept entire retainer after first hearing and firing her to retain someone else.
