I went to see Ms. Aldrich regarding some difficult issues with my fathers /family estate& retirement.I am so please to say, that as busy as Ms. Aldrich is, she spoke with me that same day, explained clearly my options & advised me of all my rights regarding this matter, which i must say, was complete...ly at a stand still for sometime.Ms.Aldrich definitely helped me resolve this family issue&i am so very pleased, thankful& so grateful to her.I would highly recommend her , as her staff, if anyone has a family issue that needs advice, help resolving with utmost consideration to one's difficult situation, to go speak with Ms. Aldrich, explain what your going through& need advice with, as help to resolving your situation.Ms.Aldrich will help you, give you options, depending one's case, and will help you resolve your matter , and will continue to keep you informed , if needed, of all that is going on , until you resolve your situation.I will say as well, that she is fair in every aspect regarding her price to her services, and what is best for you overall. I hired Serena to probate my father's will. The will would have been straightforward but had some glitches in it that included a date discrepancy. The other issue was a property that had been previously "sold" but in a way that was not properly legal, so that the sale documents had to be redone corre...ctly. Serena knew exactly what was needed and got it all resolved. I was very happy with her expertise and patience in explaining things. She is both professional and personable and I would not hesitate to hire her again.

Serena advised us on estate planning and really made the process simple and easy. She was extremely patient and knowledgable about the laws, explaining the potential benefits and drawbacks of all the various options to best fit our situation. She was prompt in getting the papers drafted for us to rev...iew and helped us achieve all of our goals. I only wish I had done this years ago. I recommend her for anyone needing estate planning guidance on tax implications, living wills and setting up trusts. I have already decided to use her services as I prepare to set up my LLC.
