I am a real estate, banking and business attorney with over 20 years experience in the areas of commercial finance (lender and borrower representation), acquisition and disposition (purchase and sale contracts and option contracts), leasing and subleasing (retail and office), and general corporate, limited liability company and partnership law. I also have significant experience working with in-house counsel at national, regional and local business. My experience also includes working at several large law firms, however, I strive to provide my clients the attention and service provided by smaller law firms. I utilize the latest technology to provide the most efficient representation possible and focuses on constant communication and being available for my clients whenever and wherever they need me.
