Took down a huge Federal Credit Union who was bullying me and my family.
My wife and I were sued by a very large Credit Union, who had an endless legal budget! We were referred to Tyler Rutherford by some friends, who were attorneys in a different field. At first, we were not sure what to think of his very unorthodox method of dealing with this mulit-billion dollar comp...
"Tyler and I have worked on numerous litigated matters together. He is a talented lawyer who I have and will continue to refer work."
"Tyler is a brilliant lawyer who is fearless in the courtroom. I have always enjoyed working with Tyler over the years and recently had the pleasure of watching him successfully secure a final judgment on a very difficult shareholder derivative suit."
"Tyler is a thorough and thoughtful attorney. He is always prepared and researches his clients cases and the law backwards and forwards. He serves as a great mentor and co-counsel."
"Mr. Rutherford is highly respected in the legal community as an intelligent, gifted and hard working attorney. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney to aggressively fight for them."
"I endorse this lawyer. Not only have I worked with him on various matters and seen his commitment to his clients and their cases, but he represented me on a personal injury matter after a devastating motorcycle wreck in which the other driver was at fault, and I was able to experience firsthand the difference it can make to have a tough, experienced lawyer who is not afraid of a courtroom. We criminal defense lawyers always make fun of the "trial lawyers" bar, because many if not most of them have never tried a case; they settle everything. Tyler is a different kind of trial lawyer. I have personally watched him bounce the opposition up and down the courtroom. It's entertaining to watch, and gets great results."
