Alex did a amazing job with my case , beat the state on a felony and misdemeanor charge. Always made me feel like I was in good hands . I remember getting a little worried at one point and he assured me that I didn't need to be worried he would tell me if I ever had to.

My wife was rear ended by an uninsured, unlicensed driver back in 2019. I arrived with my then 6 year old and was subsequently arrested by a Bexar County for allegedly threatening the driver. He gave me GOOD HONEST ADVICE. i appreciate him taking time to answer my questions.
"Alex is extremely knowledgeable about the law and represents his clients zealously. I have no hesitation in endorsing this lawyer and regularly refer criminal cases to him."
"As a prosecutor, I tried a case against Mr. Scharff recently. His conduct outside of court is courteous and professional, earning him respect and reciprocal courtesy from prosecutors. In trial, he aggressively attacks the State's case and does a great service to his clients. For a prosecutor, he is one of the more challenging defense attorneys to go against in front of a jury. Anyone facing criminal charges would be well-served with Mr. Scharff as his attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer--he is a strong trial attorney with lots of experience and his willingness to share his knowledge with others really set him apart from other attorneys. If you are looking for an attorney to fight for you and isn't afraid to take your case to trial, then you will not be disappointed."

Fully Probated Suspension issued in TX, 2014
updated on 05/25/2015Fully probated suspension means an attorney is technically suspended but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities during the suspension to make sure that he or she does not repeat the behavior.
“Federal client defrauded IRS and many people in federal court ---many hundreds of thousands of dollars. After 3 years of representation prior to court and up to and after sentencing, client had no complaints or issues, but when got to federal prison, then made up a story that I sent someone to his home to "ambulance chase" him, which I absolutely didnt do. A former client said the client called him and asked for a referral, so he recommended me. Easier to accept penalty than have fight with Bar.”
