I have hired Rachel for 2 custody cases with my children. She is very perfessional, but what makes her very unique is she upfront, honest and tells you the good, bad and the ugly. She never makes false promises and in fact gives you more of a worse case senario perspective, but in court she knows her... stuff and is on top of the situation. She is very reasonable with cost and her office sends an itemized statement EVERY month to show where charges came from along with balances and payment history. I never felt taken adavantaged of and she always asked permission when filing things that would accrue cost. She communicates with me around the clock both emails and phone calls keeping me up to date in my case and is quick to formualte strategies. Rachel had me gather what my plan A, plan B and plan C should look like and went from there. I never felt vulnerable with her by my side and have referred her to so many friends, family and co workers who needed legal help. Litgation is hard and stressful enough,but having her as an attorney made it tolerable.
