Tess Dunn Osborn

I have hired Tess Dunn — associate attorney — at this law practice and she is truly a breath of fresh air. I’m going through a very high-conflict and complex divorce with a child, property and businesses. I have had mixed experiences with my previous attorney, and felt that we were merely being react...ive, and that the majority of our interactions with the opposing party were contentious. She is collaborative, professional, creative, and most importantly ‘proactive’. Despite having such short notice on my hearing, she’s pulling together a comprehensive, long-term plan, and doing an excellent job of keeping me focused, calm, and on track for the bigger picture items to come. Don’t hesitate because she’s an associate — work with her now, while she’s a rising star! Additionally, I must give additional credit to her legal assistant, Lisa Rodriguez, who is highly experienced and professional. She’ll ask the right questions to help organize your case, and save you money and time. I will update this post as my case moves forward, but I’d give 6-stars right now if I could.
