WHERE DO I BEGIN... MY CASE WAS NOT AN EASY COOKIE CUTTER CASE, IT INVOLVED 4 CHILDREN. MY EX HUSBAND WAS TRYING TO WIN CUSTODY FOR OUR CHILDREN AND WAS NOT EASY TO CO-PARENT WITH. DURING TEMPORARY ORDER MY EX HAD PRIMARY CUSTODIAN RESIDENCE FOR THE KIDS, BECAUSE MY ATTORNEY BEFORE PATRICIA DID NOT... DO ANYTHING FOR ME! I HAD 2 ATTORNEYS BEFORE HER, JOSE PERALES (DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING AND SHOULDNT HAVE A LICENSE) AND CRYSTAL BANNIN (WHO WAS AN UP AN COMING ARTIST WHO DIDN'T CARE TO PRACTICE LAW JUST TEACH ART TO KIDS) PATRICIA HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AND EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL FROM BEGINNING TO END. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HER TO FRIENDS, AND FAMILY. SHE IS THE MOST SMART, FIRM, AND ASSERTIVE ATTORNEY I HAVE MET, SHE KNOWS THE LAW LIKE THE BACK OF HER HAND. NOT ONCE DID SHE LET HER GUARDS DOWN WHEN WE ALL WENT TO FINAL SETTING. SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER MY EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, IF SHE WASN'T AVAILABLE HER PARALEGAL ANALISA WAS HELPFUL TO ME AS WELL. MY FAMILY AND I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH FOR ALL THAT SHE HAS DONE FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN FOR THEM TO COME BACK HOME TO ME THEIR MOTHER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND I INTENT TO KEEP HER AS MY ATTORNEY FOR ANY ISSUES DOWN THE YEARS THAT MAY COME, IF I EVER NEED LEGAL ADVISE OR I FEEL ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. I KNOW I CAN DEPEND ON HER ALWAYS TO TAKE CARE OF ANY LEGAL MATTERS FOR MYSELF AND FOR MY CHILDREN. THAT WAS THE MOST JOYOUS DAY IN MY LIFE WHEN WE WON! TEARS OF JOY THAT DAY. Ms Patricia Jay represented me in my child custody matters and some other issues in which my ex was going against the court orders and was trying to take away my rights from me. Initially, Ms. Jay was not my first lawyer during my divorce process, had I known about her prior to my divorce proceeding, she would have defiantely been my first and ONLY choice. Ms. Jay kept me informed with every detail, every step of the way. She returned my phone calls/emails in a timely mann...er and she was the ONLY thing I didn't have to worry about during my divorce. Divorces are extremely stressful and the last thing anyone needs during that process is to not have any trust in thier lawyer, and I can assure you, that I was able to trust Ms. Jay wholeheartedly.

Please beware, I think Patricia was a horrible attorney! I feel that Patricia took major advantage of my elderly mother and I financially (I have proof), lied so much, was rude and unprofessional, treated me very bad, was late from the time she told me to be at court, to go over my case. Patricia's... paralegal, Lisa was also a part of a lot of this. Patricia has harassed me so much over these 100% honest reviews and her ego can't handle it. These business reviews are here for a reason and I have a right, to post what happened in my situation. I was sent messages on my Facebook from her on her personal Facebook, that I only had a few days to remove my reviews about her or she was suing me. Patricia had her attorney friend, send me a certified letter that said she is suing me and she also sent that letter to my parents and friends and it says she is suing me for $100,000 over my reviews and she wants my old friends to be "character" witnesses and do a deposition on me, for her. My family, friends and others I have talk to about all of this, think she is harassing me, bullying me and that she is truly psychotic for all of this and for her comments that she posts on my reviews (she has had to take the most insane ones down, which I have screenshots of and it was obviously lies) and she also posted my full name, physical address, phone number and email on public sites and told people to contact me over all of this, which is also insane. I originally hired Patricia because of the "good" reviews about her, but after what she did to me and doing some research on her Facebook, after she messaged me on it, I saw that the "good" reviews were from her friends and other law firm friends, so who knows if they all really had cases with her. Patricia now says, that because I researched her "public" Facebook for proof of what I claimed, that she is now also filing criminal charges against me for stalking. I have all of her emails, texts and screenshots, for proof of what I have said. I hope the authorities and judges see right through her, disciplinary actions are taken against her and she is required to have a mental evaluation, after all of this.
