Patricia Ann Jay

Please beware, I think Patricia was a horrible attorney! I feel that Patricia took major advantage of my elderly mother and I financially (I have proof), lied so much, was rude and unprofessional, treated me very bad, was late from the time she told me to be at court, to go over my case. Patricia's... paralegal, Lisa was also a part of a lot of this. Patricia has harassed me so much over these 100% honest reviews and her ego can't handle it. These business reviews are here for a reason and I have a right, to post what happened in my situation. I was sent messages on my Facebook from her on her personal Facebook, that I only had a few days to remove my reviews about her or she was suing me. Patricia had her attorney friend, send me a certified letter that said she is suing me and she also sent that letter to my parents and friends and it says she is suing me for $100,000 over my reviews and she wants my old friends to be "character" witnesses and do a deposition on me, for her. My family, friends and others I have talk to about all of this, think she is harassing me, bullying me and that she is truly psychotic for all of this and for her comments that she posts on my reviews (she has had to take the most insane ones down, which I have screenshots of and it was obviously lies) and she also posted my full name, physical address, phone number and email on public sites and told people to contact me over all of this, which is also insane. I originally hired Patricia because of the "good" reviews about her, but after what she did to me and doing some research on her Facebook, after she messaged me on it, I saw that the "good" reviews were from her friends and other law firm friends, so who knows if they all really had cases with her. Patricia now says, that because I researched her "public" Facebook for proof of what I claimed, that she is now also filing criminal charges against me for stalking. I have all of her emails, texts and screenshots, for proof of what I have said. I hope the authorities and judges see right through her, disciplinary actions are taken against her and she is required to have a mental evaluation, after all of this.
