Jacob Samuel Leibowitz

I am originally from San Antonio, Texas I attended the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana for my undergraduate studies. I then went to law school at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas.

Since law school, I've focused my work on litigating personal injury and wrongful death cases against individuals and corporations that have acted negligently.

The most common types of cases I handle are motor vehicle collisions, 18-wheeler crashes, work-related injuries, and cases involving products liability claims. The most common injuries I see are neck and back injuries, shoulder injuries, broken bones, burn injuries, spinal cord injuries, crush injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.

I've handled personal injury civil litigation throughout Texas ranging from single-party litigation to complex multi-party litigation involving many different types of industry safety experts and medical specialists.

I handle all legal cases where:

(1) someone has been seriously injured or died, and

(2) another person or company caused the injuries or death by acting negligently.

I handle a small number of cases at a time to make sure your case has my full attention.
