Ashley Senary Dahlberg

Ashley specializes in the resolution of high-stakes, class-action, and complex commercial disputes.  Her work spans an array of industries, with a particular focus on financial institutions, energy, and family businesses.   While she is proud to count many of the nation's oldest and most well-respected national banks among her clients, she also provides litigation services to many of San Antonio's most unique industries, including armored car customization, laser-guided test equipment system manufacture, global relocation services, and precision engineered lighting. 

Ashley utilizes a comprehensive outlook on client matters, with an eye toward business-minded solutions.  When litigation is necessary, Ashley often works in connection with a full-service trial team experienced in multi-party litigation in a variety of jurisdictions.  Collaboration, knowledge, and preparation are key ingredients to that team's numerous successes.  Ashley is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial work, jury trials, and arbitrations.

Ashley also frequently represents financial institutions in various securities disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and has experience conducting internal investigations and handling regulatory inquiries related to financial institutions.

Ashley frequently brings her skills as a trial attorney to assist in pro bono matters.  Ashley recently represented a pro bono client in a complex asylum trial related to the persecution of women in northern Africa, resulting in asylum for the client.  She also routinely represents pro bono clients in connection with the Community Justice Center in San Antonio.
