Monica R. Khirallah is a San Antonio criminal defense attorney and Senior Trial Attorney at Michael & Associates Criminal Defense Attorneys. Since being admitted to practice law in Texas in 2011, Ms. Khirallah has devoted her legal career exclusively to criminal defense representation. During her tenure at Michael & Associates, she has handled more than 310 criminal matters, including nearly 90 DWI-related cases ranging from first-offense DWI charges to felony DWI prosecutions.

She has also represented clients accused of felony drug possession, assault family violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, probation violations, public intoxication offenses, and other complex criminal matters. This extensive criminal defense practice has provided her with substantial familiarity with the legal, procedural, and evidentiary issues that frequently arise in Texas criminal courts.

Ms. Khirallah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Dallas in 2007 and her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2011.
She remains active in the legal community through membership in the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Kendall County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
