Biography
Rebecca Lively is a former Denton County prosecutor, who prosecuted case ranging from Driving While Intoxicated to Murder. Even before becoming an official attorney, Rebecca knew she wanted to work in criminal law and in the court room. She interned in the District Attorney’s Offices of both Tarrant County and Bexar County. Rebecca Lively has effectively represented hundreds of persons facing criminal charges. She is highly recommended by former clients who praise her fierce determination to beat their charges and her knowledgeable and straight-forward courtside manner. Rebecca is also well respected by the judges and prosecutors with whom she works daily in Denton County, Texas.

Restored my trust in lawyers!
Going to court was terrifying to me. Mrs. Lively told me to trust her, that the state didn't have a case. She was honest, open and obviously knew what the best course of action we needed to take. Case dismissed! I would recommend her to any friend/family that needed an attorney.

Not Guilty on my DWI
