Excellent Attorney

Mr. Martinez was very professional and extremely patient with my husband and I when purchasing our home. He had a in depth understanding of the legal terms and conditions which he was able to negotiate for us. I have tried a number of jury trials w/ Mr Martinez and he has been an invaluable trial attorney, with excellent incite regarding evidence presentation and jury selection. Additionally, he has partnered with our law firm to work up a number of cases and has shown great talent in bringing about succes...sful outcomes in a variety of areas of law.

Mr. Martinez represented in my divorce and I was very impressed with his work. One of Mr. Martinez biggest qualities is his trustworthiness, I realized after speaking with Mr. Martinez that his main focus was "what was in the best interest of the children". I have continued to trust and seek his le...gal advice for other legal issues throughout the years. I would gladly refer anyone to seek legal help from Mr. Martinez.

Highly Recommended

On multiple occasions, I have found Mr. Martinez to be a valued advisor, as he is exceedingly experienced in his fields of practice and a very ethical practitioner. Mr. Martinez is always more than willing to assist with any legal question, whether it be a family law issue, or real estate matter. He ...recently helped with a title transfer on a house we purchased and he knew the schedule of fees, the timeline the process would follow, and could answer all my questions. He and his assistant Norma promptly completed the drafting of documents and filings, and were always responsive and kept us informed as to the status of the work being done. Mr. Martinez has a wonderful personality and clearly enjoys his work. He treated me kindly and billed an amazingly fair rate for this process. Each step of the process was clear. It was a pleasure working with him. I wholeheartedly recommend Hector Martinez to anyone who needs an attorney.
