Barry Howard Beer

I am a senior partner at the Law Offices of Beer and King, P.C.. I grew up in New York City and received my undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evabston , Il.; my Honors Program thesis was “Mexican Immigration to Chicago”. I earned my law degree from Texas Tech University, clerking while at school for the Texas Attorney General's Office and the National Labor Relations Board. I am a fluent Spanish speaker.

I strive to make The Law Offices of Beer and King as personal and convenient as possible to all my clients. As a mentor to other attorneys and as a law student professor, I will guide you through your case. My staff and I will treat you with compassion and pay close attention to your needs. We will devote the time, no matter how long, to work your case in an effort to get what you are entitled to under Texas law for your claim. With more than 36+ years in practice, I have experience in a number of legal fields. My partner and I can help you with personal injury (auto/truck accidents, premises liability and on the job injury cases), wrongful death, probate, contract disputes and transactions/mediations. The majority of our clients are repeat clients or personal referrals. As a long time law school, adjunct professor, teaching Legal Negotiations, I have the knowledge and skills to apply to settlement negotiations.
