About Eliseo
Biography
I grew up and attended public schools in San Antonio, Texas. I received my Doctor of Laws from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2000 and my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's University in 1994.
Before private practice, I worked for several law firms, and served as a state prosecutor in Webb County, and also served as an assistant city attorney in Laredo, Texas.
I'm an avid cyclist, and have participated in several charitable cycling events including the Tour de Cure, and the MS-150. I also enjoy spending time with my family traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
