Waste of time and money. He will take your money and not do the work. Then he will blame you to make it more complicated. If you’re wanting an attorney to help you then pass him up. He is the bottom of the barrel, maybe he should be disbarred for lack of competency. Either he does not care or needs t...o retire! Worst money I ever spent

I had my consultation with Mr. Barger to discuss the case and cost. At that time he told me the retainer would be $4,000. I asked if that would be the final total and he said, if anything, maybe $200/$300 more to file the order. We went to court 10/2020 to finalize child custody/child support orders.... In 11/2020 I was hit with another invoice. We are now in 10/2023, I have paid around $9,500 in fees, and my orders still have not been finalized. Every time I call, I get the runaround and get told someone will call me back, but no one does. I am now in the process of filing a grievance
