My first job out of law school, I worked as a transaction attorney. Unexpectedly, one day I was asked to assist with trial preparation and second chair the trial. I loved it. It was then that I knew I wanted to be a trial lawyer.

I moved to a defense firm that specialized in representing insurance companies and trucking companies in litigation matters. I worked at that firm for many years, gaining valuable trial experience.

In 2012, I moved to a successful plaintiff’s personal injury firm and began representing injured people. As a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, I honed new skills as a counselor, advocate, litigator and trial attorney. I was able to use my experience and knowledge of the tactics and strategies of insurance companies and defense lawyers to help my clients receive the compensation that the law allows.

As a lawyer who represents injured people, I get to see the impact our hard work and perseverance can make in the lives of our clients, and their families.

In 2024, my passion for the law and dedication to quality client representation moved me to launch The Cynthia Huerta Law Firm, PLLC in Conroe, Texas.
