DO NOT HIRE. this guy is the worst. he has no clue what is going on with your case. I continually asked for appointments and he would schedule them. right before I was due to show up to the meeting, he calls and cancels, even went as far as sending me a text message that he was "unavailable" for an ...appointment we already had. he would call and tell me court was rescheduled or cancelled and the day of court he would TEXT to show up!! really? he had not idea what was going on and would ask the judge to reschedule, he would blame it on the office staff. he will negotiate plea deals without your knowledge. he will literally take your money with a smile and avoid all contact with you. he will negotiate for him self and never put you first. he wants to close a deal get rid of you and keep your money. this guy is a joke. I hired another attorney and the new attorney was blown away by this guy's unethical behavior. he will lie to keep your money, find any way to get rid of you even if it means agreeing to a deal without you knowing about it. he has moved from various law offices to try to avoid this negative reputation. DO NOT HIRE

We hired and paid Michael to file some documents for us with the government. He took our money while making lots of promises, he continually claimed to be working on our behalf for months. When I finally got tired of just getting empty promises and no results, I asked him to simply send me copies of ...the documents he supposedly filed on our behalf and he stopped responding to me. We have received nothing for weeks now. I advise you to find another more professional lawyer who will actually work on your behalf instead of just taking your money.

It’s been 6 months ago since I hired Michael for his service to represent me with my case. I provided him with all the proper documentation that he would need for my case. He told me he need so my money to represent me and which I gave to him the following week. He has not done anything about contact...ing me on regarding the status or even updating me me with my case. I have contacted him by email, text , and phone calls and yet he avoids to answer any of them. It’s been 6 months since I paid him and yet nothing has been done with my case.

I am first going to start off with 5 stars isn't enough if i could rate you for 100 of them i would!!! I would recommend Mr.Casaretto to any he has done an outstanding job for me and my family fighting for custody of my daughter, he was with me threw the whole thing keeping my head up when i was rea...dy to give up. he gave me the encouragement that i needed to help pull me threw the whole thing. Mr.Casaretto was not only my lawyer threw it all but he was also a good friend to me and my family, My daughter was very appreciated of him as he talked with her and made her feel safe and at ease. My custody battle was very nasty and a very long battle it lasted almost five years and Mr.Casaretto never let me down, i never had to deal with CPS and some of the nasty allegations that they put me threw that where not true and he helped me correct it all and show the court that i was a fit father that cared about his children and didn't want nothing but the best for them. Don't believe everything that you read or hear some people can be very difficult to deal with and not everyone can get what they want in life but if there is anything that this man can do to make things better or right in your life he will. He goes above and beyond with his work, and we all know that being a lawyer is a tough job and i can honestly say that he is more than excellent with his work, he is very honest and pays attention to anything that you have to say, i had times where i had to call late some night due to issues and he answers the phone and is there to help, there was a time that CPS took my daughter from me over allegations that where not true and i had to call Mr.Casaretto to help me get my daughter back he was at home sick that day and i didn't want to bother him but i didn't know what to do he politely told me to drive to his office and he would be there to meet me to get my daughter back and he did. Any time i called he was there for me, and responded right away. When i first hired him i was in the court room for child support court as i was sitting there waiting for my case to be called i seen Mr.Casaretto in the court room with a client and i liked the way he carried himself he was straight to the point and got things done. when i seen that i knew i wanted to hire him right away. We settled in court this year with my custody battle as i said it was a very long battle ( very difficult case) but he did it for me he got my threw it all, even though my case is done he still calls and checks on everything to make sure i am not having any issues, This is a man that truly cares about his clients and what he does for them, i would recommended him to anyone, in my eyes what makes a good lawyer is one that cares about his clients, what he can do to make it all better and someone that will go above and beyond for there clients, one that will call to check on you, answer the phone everytime you call, meet you if your having issues and need something done, one that is willing to go the extra mile for you. we all know that lawyers cost money, and some people are scared to pay for them because you don't know if they will satisfy you or what it is that you need, but with Mr.Casaretto he is worth every bit of it. I am already in the process to rehire him again for another case. :) Thank you for everything you have done for me i know that i can always count on you.
