Started making payments to Michael and then he just stopped answering emails, the phone number he has is now selling medical devices and he has no other way to reach him. He got fined in February 2024 for doing this same thing so I will also be filing a complaint. He says he'll call and doesn't and y...ou have no number to reach him to ATTEMPT to leave a voicemail and when you send emails he'll just say he never got it. HE IS A SCAMMER! DO NOT HIRE!! Hopefully my complaint will be the one that gets his licence to practice suspended or revoked so he cannot continue to do this to people!

DO NOT HIRE. this guy is the worst. he has no clue what is going on with your case. I continually asked for appointments and he would schedule them. right before I was due to show up to the meeting, he calls and cancels, even went as far as sending me a text message that he was "unavailable" for an ...appointment we already had. he would call and tell me court was rescheduled or cancelled and the day of court he would TEXT to show up!! really? he had not idea what was going on and would ask the judge to reschedule, he would blame it on the office staff. he will negotiate plea deals without your knowledge. he will literally take your money with a smile and avoid all contact with you. he will negotiate for him self and never put you first. he wants to close a deal get rid of you and keep your money. this guy is a joke. I hired another attorney and the new attorney was blown away by this guy's unethical behavior. he will lie to keep your money, find any way to get rid of you even if it means agreeing to a deal without you knowing about it. he has moved from various law offices to try to avoid this negative reputation. DO NOT HIRE

I was referred to Mr. Casaretto by Mr. Rushing to handle a Child Support issue. He informed me to pay him the $500 and would make payment arrangements on the other amount and to deposit it into his account at Prosperity Bank. I did so as instructed and he informed me that he would begin working on my... case. This took place on December 12, 2013 and as of today January 7, 2014 he has not contacted me nor has he given me any details on my case. I have been emailing and calling him numerous times but he not contacted me at all. I have been sitting without any details for days and am beginning to think he is not trustworthy. He seemed legit when we first spoke but since I have deposited the $500 I have not heard anything from him. I hope everything is okay with him cause he did indicate he was sick but I would expect to hear something. I pray that he does the right thing and either do what what he stated he would do or refund me the money I paid him so I can have someone else work on my case.
