great lawyer for something unintended to be happening.

Mr. Shane Phelps was talking nicely at the beginning when I went to his office and interview him, I asked him with couple of questions and ask for his advice and potential result, he told me pretty honestly, unlike other people would told you guaranteed work. at the time of the court date, I was rea...lly surprised that they were so many people followed him to the court, I was wondering how could he handle all of them, actually he did, I believed he got used to handle that many people at the same time, he told you specifically what he would do, and negotiated with the DA, I guess as long as you obey the court order and willingness to accept the mistake and has the eagerness to fix the problem, the magic happened, anyway, Shane did what he supposed to and get me at least the worst case to an acceptable and comfort situation. Thanks a lot, Mr. Shane.

Father

Shane Phelps helped my son out with a credit card abuse charge that could have been serious jail time and fines. He was very caring and explained all of the details of what could possibly happen and what he was going to do. Shane and his office staff always got back with me on any questions I had. ... Everything went well and the case did not have to go to trial. Everything Shane said would happen did happen. My son can go now on with his life now without having this hanging over his head.

Focussed Intelligent Lawyer - Thank You

When kids do stupid things, they say stupid things. My son got in a mess, and surprise, surprise, his friends were of no help to him. My husband refused to visit my son in jail, and I made the trip to Bryan, after talking several times with Shane. Shane straightened out the mess, and calmed me down w...ith several options and resources to research. It almost killed us. I am a caretaker for my mother - so while I am watching one family member deteriorate daily, I am seeing my beloved son's future destroyed, in just a few moments. It would be wise to keep Shane's number for quick reference, while your children are going through that stupid stage... and I also recommend that you pray over your teens that the "stupid" will get out of them, as quick as possible.

Shane Phelps, Attorney

Parents who send their children to TA&M in College Station beware. The Police Department, County Attorney and Municipal Court in my freedom of speech opinion are very aggressive and do not treat your children with dignity and respect. My child (18) was arrested, thrown in jail, made fun of by the j...ailors all for being lost in a town they were not used too. There was no drugs or alcohol involved just a bully police officer out to make his financial quota. I had to fire 2 Attorneys before I Found Shane. (One in my opinion was Socially connected to the County Attorney who I was informed was married to a Police Officer - if true in my opinion would be a conflict of interest). Shane is the best and had my child's best interest as number 1. It was 2 years of unjust punishment which affected the kids, families and everyone involved. Plus cost me over $12,000. I would highly recommend Shane and go directly to him. He has your loved one as his number one priority and is not intimidated by the system in College Station. Texas A & M is a great University but the main source of revenue is you and your children. We send our children off to College to get Educated not to get a Police Record and ruin their future. it

Knowledgeable, Professional

Our son got into what we considered major legal trouble. Shane was recommended to us by the bail bondsman. We called and got to actually see him the same day. We had our day in court and were in and out quickly. He had everything pretty much taken care of before we even got there. Things were smooth... for a couple of years before we needed Shane again to get our son out of an issue that came up regarding completion of probation, having to extend probation or going to jail. Again, Shane took care of everything, called and explained everything to us in a way so we understood. Shane has a very calm manner about him which helped us feel more relaxed. He keeps you informed and updated. I would definitely recommend Shane to anyone.
