Top Notch Attorney

Mr. Phelps defended me when I was arrested for DWI. Within hours after bonding out, Mr. Phelps put my mind at ease about the pending case. The case was eventually dismissed, and Mr. Phelps and his staff continued to assist me with the ALR process, as well as an expunction. Mr. Phelps is an outstan...ding attorney and I highly recommend him for any legal issues!!!

Thank you, Shane!

Shane really helped me get a good deal that would lead to a sealed record and then gave me a rare opportunity to get an even better deal that will lead to a completely clean record. All of this was done in a very timely manner. But perhaps the most important thing that helped me was that he told me w...hat was going on, what to expect, and what I needed to do. This really put my mind at ease and helped me understand the legal process when I was very out of my element and had never been around court or lawyers or legal proceedings. He was very helpful and made a bad situation easier to deal with and for that I am very appreciative.

Amazing Criminal Defense!

Shane Phelps delivered a full expunction of my criminal charges in less than three months and helped put my life back on track. That may sound extreme, but as a senior at Texas A&M University just months away from graduation with a top-tier job offer on the line and very little time to spare, Shane ...was exactly the right person to defend me against the criminal charges I had been arrested for. He wasn’t the first lawyer I consulted with, but shortly after our initial conversation began in his pristine private office, I knew that I would be hiring him. Results, communication, confidence, staff-excellence, and ease-of-payment are all words I would use to describe my experience with Shane’s law practice. The results speak for themselves. Shane did all the legwork to provide expunction of my charges and arrest record; it doesn’t get better than that. While never promising outcomes he can’t guarantee, Shane’s confident communication settled my worries and allowed me to concentrate on my school and personal life in a time of much trouble and confusion. In each conversation, Shane would explain the options in front of us, avoiding any “lawyer speak”, and make an experienced recommendation to help guide my decision. I felt relieved that I had a capable defense attorney representing me in something that started out so awfully. Finally, my entire experience with Shane’s practice was magnified by the wonderful staff he has placed around him. Whether I was talking with his associate attorneys or an office assistant, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. If you shop around for representation, you’ll realize that Shane provides a great value for quality legal defense services. He offered me a payment plan that I could afford, which is critical for a college student, or anyone else, with very little cash flow. On top of that, his friendly staff accepts credit card payments over the phone, something that is rare among professional service providers.
