Easily the best option in Bryan/College Station

Following my DUI arrest, I consulted with several attorneys in Bryan/College Station to find the lawyer that would best represent me and provide the best possible outcome, and I am very glad that I chose Shane Phelps. Throughout the process, Shane's office answered all of my questions and walked ...me through the entire process. My particular case had some specific extenuating circumstances, and Shane's team worked diligently to understand my needs and provide the best possible outcome. Shane's paralegal Samantha and his wife Jean, along with his entire staff, were fantastic and overall his office was compassionate and understanding. Ultimately, Shane's ability to navigate the complicated and unpredictable nature of the Brazos County court system and his expertise prevailed and provided me with more than what I could have imagined getting in terms of an outcome. If you, like me, have found yourself in a situation where you need someone on your side, Shane and his office are the best in Brazos County.

Great communication, great advice

I was arrested for a DUI by University police even though I agreed to, and passed, the breathalyzer. I was very nervous about how a bogus arrest could impact my livelihood. Shane had a great bedside manner, listened to my scenario, and gave advice that turned out to be exactly what happened. He even ...reached out to the DA on my behalf free of charge. I felt so much better after initially speaking with him and especially after receiving the call that my case had been refused. I wholeheartedly recommend Shane and his team. Samantha is great as well, super communicative and knowledgeable. 2 gig'ems!

Don't Look ANYWHERE else!

In a world full of challenges aimed directly at our youth or young adults, I have never met a man so determined to ensure they have a successful life beyond their mistakes. My husband and I are great parents, yet our children still make mistakes and are up against a legal system not designed to truly... help them. Shane Phelps is the light in all the dark of legal ups and downs. He is determined, honest, diligent, and relentless at protecting his clients. In my son's MTR case, it literally took him less than 30 days to listen, investigate, argue, and propose to the judge to get it dismissed. Being very compassionate is a non-negotiable attribute for us and he demonstrates this in and out of the courtroom. His office staff is no different and I cannot thank him enough for not only saving our daughter and son, but our entire family as well. You are making a mistake if you meet with anyone else. Do yourself a huge favor and sleep well with putting your faith in him.

BEST LAWYER IN BCS HANDS DOWN! BAR NONE!!

I WAS FACING A LOT OF CASES (PROB AROUND 8 CHARGES) THAT HAD STACKED UP OVER A FEW YEARS. POMS, MOTION TO REVOKE, POCS, AND A AGG ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPON FELONY! I WAS ALMOST POSITIVE THAT I WAS GOING TO GO AWAY FOR A LONG TIME....PHELPS AND HIS TEAM FOUGHT FOR ME FOR YEARS AND I WAS ABLE TO DO N...O TIME AND HE GOT MOST OF MY CHARGES DROPPED!!!...TBH I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER OUTCOME!! SHANE PHELPS SAVED MY LIFE! IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM I WOULD HAVE GONE AWAY FOR A LOOONG TIME...I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HIM...HE IS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR AND MORE!! IF YOU GOT YOURSELF INTO SOMETHING SERIOUS... I WOULD SUGGEST SHANE PHELPS. HE IS A TOTAL BOSS AND THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. HE EVEN HELPED ME GET MY LICENSE BACK IN ORDER AFTER EVERYTHING WAS SAID AND DONE... Highly Reccomend

Shane recently represented me for 2 felony charges. Shane and his office worked with me every step of the way, which is relieving in such a stressful time. Watching Shane in a courtroom, you can tell how respected he is from everyone in the courthouse. I highly recommend Shane and his office for any... legal issues you may encounter in Brazos County.
