Biography
Danny Daniel is a founding partner of Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers and a Texas personal injury attorney who represents injury victims throughout the state. For more than 20 years, he has focused his practice on helping people whose lives have been impacted by serious accidents caused by negligence. Known for advocating against powerful insurance companies, Danny fights to help his clients recover the full compensation they deserve.
Danny handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, dog bites, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, oil field accidents, premises liability, drug injuries, sexual assault & trafficking, and mass tort litigation.
For Danny, this work is personal. After losing his father in a trucking accident, Danny gained firsthand insight into the emotional and financial challenges families face after a life-altering injury or wrongful death. That experience continues to drive his mission of helping clients rebuild their lives while pursuing justice.
Danny earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2000, the same year he was licensed to practice law in Texas. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
Outside the courtroom, Danny is an instrument-rated commercial pilot and entrepreneur. He also served as the founding president of the Bryan–College Station chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where he frequently speaks on leadership, innovation, and law-firm growth.
