I would give Peggy Bittick zero stars. My husband and I are a young couple and we have not been married very long. However, I have known him since middle school and I will be the first to admit that he has not always made the best choices. Before he was 21 he had two children with 2 different women. ...
"I first met Peggy years ago when I went against her in a child support case. Even though she was a new attorney she did fabulous and won the case. Over the years she has become a very skilled litigator. I recommend her to any family client considering representation."
"Peggy is a good person and a strong and zealous advocate for her clients. Her advice makes sense and she does not give up easily!"
"Peggy is a knowledgeable attorney and a zealous advocate for her clients. I trust her opinions and recommend her skills to those who need representation."

Public Reprimand issued in TX, 2008
updated on 06/14/2011Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
“A Texas Lotto winner gifted me the balance of his retainer which was a large sum of money in a case where I obtained for him custody of his son and terminated his high child support obligation. After confirming the gift, I accepted it partly but I carried it as a credit for him, in case he needed future legal work. Years later, he wanted his money back. After obtaining advice from peers and others I respect, I fought the grievance. For more information, please contact PSB directly: 2814853500.”
