Dealing with a post divorce child custody suit, I was very pleased with the team of Jim and Taylor through Walters Gilbreath. Taylor provided excellent feedback, and communication throughout, and made sure that I could understand what everything meant, and what it meant to me. He made sure that I had... a very realistic and accurate outlook at how the case would develop and an accurate prediction of the conclusion. This is something that I had not had during the divorce process with other representation, and it made all the difference in how I felt about the outcome of this case. First and foremost, he treated me like a person and not 'just another case'. Taylor is extremely technical, thorough and meticulous with his research and execution, and also explained everything in terms I could understand (without a law degree). He was constantly a step ahead of opposing counsel -... predicting their next move/attempts before we ever received anything, and gathering necessary research/documentation to combat them. Taylor didn't allow anything to languish in his office or the office of opposing counsel, everything flowed well and he didn't allow for stalling. Having worked with several different attorneys in the past, I was amazed and grateful for how easy it was to get in contact with Taylor - not have to relay messages through office staff. If he didn't answer my call, I received some form of communication within minutes telling me when he'd be able to call back and it was always within a few hours.
