William Brown is a native of Texas, raised in the Houston area. As the sone of an attorney he was raised with a strong influence entrenched in business and legal matters. His father would take him to the law office on Saturdays where he would play in the library and tinker with the legal technolgy while dad worked. Halliburton’s WAN included “Last Mile” contracts with local telephone service providers in every country where Halliburton conducted operations. He served on Y2K task force to validate compliance with technology protocols during transition into the new millennium.
