Anthony started The Law Office of Anthony Ray Smith after his previous position as a Felony Prosecutor at the Galveston County District Attorney's Office. Anthony now focuses on representing individuals charged with criminal offenses and dealing with difficult legal issues in the cities of Houston and Galveston, and surrounding areas.
Anthony has experience with all types of criminal cases and the endless amounts of contests they may bring. These contested matters include trials, suppression hearings, bond reductions, appeals, expungements, non-disclosures, probation matters, revocation hearings, etc. Prior to becoming a criminal attorney, Anthony worked at a globally leading legal service provider where he worked with Fortune 500 clients and their Legal Departments on numerous agreement drafting and negotiation matters.
