I have known Alton Todd for many years and have always relied heavily upon his advice on all legal matters. My most difficult problem is getting him to charge me for the help he has given me over those many years. He and his team specifically filed lien on some property for a loan that went horribly ...wrong and was deliberately left unpaid. I had lost hope of ever seeing a dime of that money. Several years later a local municipality needed a part of the land we had a lien on for roadway purposes and our lien clouded the title and the road would not be expanded unless the lien was released. Though the landowner did not want to share with us in the proceeds from the expansion of the road, Alton took it court, and through his representation we were paid our share for the partial release of the lien.
