Alton C. Todd

Alton C. Todd has more than five decades of experience fighting for the citizens of Texas.

He received his bachelor’s degree from North Texas State University in 1968 before going on to earn his juris doctor at Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1971. He spent the first years of his career working for an insurance defense firm. This gave him valuable insight into how these companies build their arguments and strategies in the courtroom.

This allows him to craft a stronger defense for the accident victims he represents today.

Alton soon moved to the plaintiff’s side of personal injury law and over the next twenty-five years of his career, launched The Law Firm of Alton C. Todd Personal Injury Lawyers. In 2000, he moved his firm to Friendswood, Texas, and he’s been fighting for the citizens of southeast Texas ever since.

Alton has received numerous honors and awards during his career as a personal injury lawyer. In 1981, he earned his board certification in personal injury trial law, and the following year, he became board certified in civil trial law.

He is also a certified civil trial advocate. And Alton was named a Texas Super Lawyer every year from 2003 to 2010.
