Rosalind W. Curtis

I hired Ms. Curtis to get custody of my two children. She seemed really on top of things and eager to take my case until she was paid in full. She is never available to talk to or answer questions. She did a horrible job on guiding me through the process of the custody hearing. I constantly has to... call and bug the office about filing my paper work and getting me a court date. It took me almost a year to get a cour date. Then paper work had my name incorrect. She is horrible. My case was cut and dry because the other parent/ sperm donor had a criminal record a mile long, but Im still fighting with the attormey general trying ro get child support for my kids 3 years later because Ms. Curtis screwed up what should have been a really easy case so badly. If I wasnt busy working 2 jobs I would demand she give me my money back. I could have done what she did myself.... for free!

I contracted Ms. Curtis to handled my divorce and child custody. I felt like she was representing my husband. It was extremely difficult to reach her because I was told she was in court or on a phone call. She met with my husband and his attorney and made agreements without me being present. I fo...und out about my court dates by looking on the internet. She just will not communicate. She also did not explain the divorce process to me. Her assistant is also very rude to me every time I called. I intend to file an official complaint against her. Do not use her.

Child custody & divorce case. It's been a month and still no protective order not restraining order. You can never talk to Rosalind as she is always in court, or on the phone. I have asked to be emailed since phone calls do not seem to be working and I still don't receive emails. Rosalind has don...e nothing to help protect my son and even when I expressed how he might be in danger, she still has not filed the right document (10 days later). This lawyer should have her license pulled.

Ms. Curtis seemed absolutely wonderful and kind - until she got paid. Her staff made so many mistakes on paperwork that I was constantly having to correct and return. I rarely heard from them and her staff had an attitude every time I called. She was extremely hard to get a hold of and never returned... phone calls. She made a mistake on the paperwork that her office was to change AFTER our court date and I was told it was fixable. After not getting my phone calls or emails returned for months, I was told that I would have to pay her what I consider a large sum to do what she could have easily fixed on the paperwork.
