I was very pleased with the service Mrs. Curtis did for me. I was only getting $250.00 a month child support and she got it raised to $870.00 a month. She always called me to let me know what the other attorney was offering and gave me a chance to decide if I agreed. I even got 6 months of back pay. ... I have no complaints.

I contracted Ms. Curtis to handled my child custody.,and I felt like she was representing my the other attorney not me . I am having a hard time talking to her, and when I did I gave her all the required docs she still never help . I had to pay a fine to the other attorney I don't know why ... because she never wanted to help. it is confusing since she does not help at all. It was extremely difficult to reach her because I was told she was in court or on a phone call. She make agreements without me being present. I found out about my court dates by looking on the internet. She just will not communicate. Her assistant is also very rude to me every time I called. I intend to file an official complaint against her. Do not use her.

I hired Mrs. Curtis for a custody case. She was never available to speak with, either in court or away for some reason. Never knew when our court date was so I had to look it up online. We attended mediation, the location changed twice and she never informed us, her staff did the morning of mediation..., she was 20 minutes late to mediation, she didn't have my evidence against the other parent written up in the proper form and she was more concerned about her personal issues than what was going on during mediation. I knew more about what was going on than she did. Every time the lawyer who was conduction the mediation asked a question, Mrs. Curtis would look at me and I would have to respond. At the end of mediation, I walked away with far less than I paid her for and it was all because she just didn't have time to fight for me and my child. I will never use her again and I suggest you never use her as your attorney as well.

I hire this attorney to do a divorce case her office sat on the case for 3 weeks I had to call them to get them to something and when they did not one thing I mentioned was in the documents. I called and told the lawyer she was fired and wrote her that she was fired, She sent documents to me withdraw...ing as my lawyer and when I called her and told her I wanted my money back she told me no that she did her work and earned the money and I asked her what she did and she told me she was not going to me talk to like that and hung up the phone on me. I did not cuss her but I told her I was turning her into the bar association.

She knew exactly what i needed to do, what measures to take. Never truely know a person. I thought that marring the sweetest guy i dated for 5yrs. My divorce went well...i knew it would take a process and there is other people I needed to be considered of...such as waiting for judge to sign and stuff... like that. The office handled my calls properly and messages were always given to Ms. Curtis to call me back. She was very professional and i like her way of handling business. Boo for the others who are inpatient and think that their case is the only one.
