Chikeersha Puvvada

Chikeersha represented me and my son in a case after my ex-wife sued me, recently. My son is handicap and we depended on Chikeersha to protect our rights. He came on board on a post-divorce decree motion filed by my ex-spouse to modify the decree on the visitation and conservatorship. I obtained his contact info via a referral from another lawyer of the Asian community. His terms were clear per our first meeting and there was not the hint of any pressure to hire him to defend the visitations rights against draconian changes that the other party was attempting. He would communicate in good time and with appropriate frequency. His fee rate and charges were reasonable and similar to most other attorney ratings, & even cheaper comparatively per my reckonings. Despite illness of his son and to some extent himself, he came for the mediation session and effected an agreement when I was ready to throw in the towel and go for appearance in court due to a impasse at the arbitration. He is respectful and not difficult to speak with. He is also quite intelligent and knowledgeable on family law matters. I might suspect that he does enjoy his work and is determined to seek solutions for family law matters within the bounds of the legal system.

My case wasn't exactly black and white like I expected. Mr. Puvvada took extra measures as he could foresee potential issues....thank goodness he did because it got a little hairy at the end. Very professional and obviously comfortable in the court and confident while speaking with judge in court. I would recommend him and/or use Mr. Puvvada in any future legal cases.
