I was referred to Mr. Singhal by the Legal Shield Service. Had by first visit with him and were impressed with what he shared with my and how he can assist me with my case. I am still waiting to go to trial. However, I am confident that we will win the case.

Most unpleasant experience I have had with an attorney or any professional really. As a woman I felt discounted, marginalized and not well represented or respected.
I have identified the reviewer. Darlene and William Keating were my clients in a complex litigation matter. I did a great job for them in a complicated case in which the HOA and a contractor sued them for breach of covenants, discharging a firearm, and trespassing and for failing to pay the amounts due to a contractor. I brought counter-claims and had the case ready for trial. Keatings did not pay their bills which included the monies I had to pay to the court reporters on their behalf. Therefore, I withdrew from the case. The opposing lawyers (Dale Tingleaf and Joe Wheat in Houston and Paul Anderson in Sabine County) are happy to see me withdraw from the case. Based on the arbitration provision, I sought relief from the Houston Bar Association, and a three-member panel (two lawyers and a public member) awarded me the past-due balance against the Keatings. The Harris County District Court confirmed the arbitration award and signed a judgment in my favor. The case number is 2022-26059, 269th District Court, Harris County, Texas. On February 24, 2023, Keatings paid the full amount of the judgment to avoid the post-judgment sale of their assets. Unfortunately, Keatings intentionally chose to remain anonymous in making these bad-faith opinions. I take pride in my professionalism, and there is no way I would treat a client with disrespect. No client of mine has shared such opinions with me. Over the last 25 years of my practice, I have represented each client honestly and to the best ability. I take pride in my record as an advocate of women and human rights, as reflected by my volunteer work as the chair of the advisory board at Rice University's Center for Studies on Woman, Gender, and Sexuality and as a former board member at The Rothko Chapel, and the Houston chapter of American United for Separation of Church and State. When I first met with Dinesh Singhal, I was recently widowed, very depressed and all that comes with grief, and deeply in debt. I didn't think he could help me but a friend of mine referred him to me and said he did a good job for her and her husband. I was practically shaking (literally) during th...
