Judge Hunter represented me on a DWI case through Fort Bend County. This was my second DWI charge. He is a very conscientious individual and his knowledge of the legal system through previous experience as a Judge in Fort Bend County as well as his experience as a trial lawyer got me through the ...system unscathed. We were scheduled to go to court and just before the trial, obtained a plea bargain where I received an obstruction of highway charge and one year’s probation with deferred adjudication of the charge after the probation period. I had that charge taken off my public record after that time. I would recommend Judge Hunter to anyone in need of a good trial lawyer who is an expert in the field of DWI arrests. He will spend the needed time on your case to achieve the best results possible given the particulars of your situation. I know, as the lawyer I had on my first case did not spend the time and commitment on my case and basically had me plead guilty to the charge rather than spend the time to work on my case for a better outcome.
