I needed legal assistance for DWI/UCW charges that I had in FT. Bend county. Anthony was recommended to me by a former coworker of my wife’s from a different law firm. Ultimately after many months of resets due to the speed of the DA’s office having so much work load, Anthony was able to get a deal for me with the DA’s office to have the weapons charge put on hold. This allowed me to get into a new DWI program that the new DA had put into effect. Upon successful completion of this program, I will have the DWI and UCW charges dropped and potentially have the records expunged. It has been a long and slow process which is unavoidable but I was in the end able reach the result that both Anthony and I were shooting for. I firmly believe that his reputation as a lawyer as well as his overall caliber as such is the sole reason that we reached the outcome that we did. Now I am doing my part to complete all of the terms of the contract with the DA’s office to get my life truly back on track.
