If I can give 1000 star for Mr. Anthony that still would be less. If ANYONE involved criminal case, DWI or need legal consult No one is better than Mr. Anthony Segura. I got arrested for first time for DWI, Was the worst thing happen like wrong time wrong place and wrong people that day. I was looki...ng for a good attorney and I found Mr. Segura with his 5 stars reviews. I talked with him and he took his time when I was explaining what happen like I was the only client he had (which was not true). We decided to fight. It took long time to reach the decision but worth to wait. From beginning to end he was taking care of all my legal procedures and informed me my next step. It wasn’t too easy but with him I was rest assured that I am in good hand. Very very confident, knowledgeable in Law, and respectful lawyer in Court. He is always available by phone, email and reply within a day. He looked all evidences and paper work and my case was like 40/60. 40 to 45 % chance to win. He said to me whatever you decide I am going to be at your side. So we decided to fight. I went for a trial after long wait. Man…. he fought for me at trial like no one can. Hats off to his confidence, knowledge and his speech that I got a chance to see his work in my trial. The details that he picked in trial by asking questions to witnesses and speaking to DA and Judge were mind blowing. Even in court someone told me "Don't worry you have the best lawyer and you are in good hand" He went beyond his way to prove his abilities, tearing and throwing each evidences which were against me as trial was going on and result was NO GUILTY. My case is dismissed with all charges dropped completely. I was nervous in trial but he made me feel secure by sitting next to me and informed me each and every step that he is going to take and what happened next... We hired Anthony for a DUI case that involved my son. He was understanding yet never painted a false picture while clearly explaining our course of action and expected outcome. Trial started on 3/31/15 and went through 4/2/15. Had an accident on 6/28/2012 and arrested for DWI. Had several issues occurring which Anthony Segura was persistent with the DA and Judge to make sure my evidence of my medical conditions and personal life( widowed in July 2011) was heard by the Jury.... Typically the legal system doesn't want the Defense to have any evidence while the Prosecutor can have the worst evidence,the jury is not allowed to take notes nor see the court report of the witnesses nor testimonies. Anthony shredded the proseutor's evidence, testimonies, ad witnesses. Nothing the prosecutor showed or said proved anything. I testified by mutual decision and it was compelling. I wish I had Anthony before my license was suspended but told by my Bond person didn't need an Attorney until I appeared before the Judge. I ca't thank Anthony enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Anthony is such a brilliant man and a caring attorney, I could not have DREAMED for better! I have had a really crappy history of bad luck and have been arrested three times for DWI. I chose Anthony for my first case 8 years ago and would never trust my future o...ther than with Anthony. Anthony got my first two DWIs dismissed. This is practically unheard of! But in 2012 I got arrested again, third DWI! Even Anthony could not believe it but I knew my life was in good hands.
