Do not use this lawyer? God honest truth. He's after your money.

Please believe me. He wants 10,000 upfront, then a agreement to pay him the rest. I paid him the money. Thought her was good Negative. He may have the site blocked to block bad reviews but when a lawyers says sign the dam papers and you have him recorded and you questioned about you ex paying hi...m off and he has no explainations. Run He's old He's money hungry and I reported him to the bar. And I'm taking it further when he let my ex husband speak with him without me knowing. That crossed the line. I'm being serious. Went to mediation and he wanted 10,000 more. You will see Darby. You take advantage of people. I have 4 people to back me up that used you lost and got a lower cost lawyer and won. Give it up. You didnt even know my case at mediation. You had to asked me. You may use google to block bad reviews but I'm smarter.

Mr. Darby was nothing short of amazing! He was so quick to help us in an urgent act fast matter and got the job done! I am beyond thrilled with our choice to hire him!

Attorney Darby provided excellent legal council and customer service though out our legal process. He was detailed in his preparation and my sure we always understood our options.

What we needed!!!

After a five year endless battle. Three different lawyers and constantly spinning our wheels. We finally found the individual we needed with Mr. Darby. His persistence along with his determination to get answers and not excuses allowed our case to finally come to an end. He did what three other lawye...rs couldn’t do in five years, in a matter of months. We definitely recommend Mr. Darby and will use him for any future needs.
