Over 40 years as Family Attorney and Friend

The needs of a family change over the decades. The best kind of attorney is one who starts out as the outside, objective professional and becomes a faithful family friend. For nearly over nearly four decades, Roland has been our go-to expert and common sense counselor through the typical highs and lo...ws, marriages and deaths of a family. Roland is engaged in a profession (like the family doctor) not an enterprise money making machine that seems all too common these days.

Best Lawyer in the State of Texas

He is the best attorney I have ever had. He is very thorough and always keeps me posted and up to date on all matters. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney that works hard on their behalf.

My husband and I have had Mr. Darby as our personal attorney for the last twelve years (family law issue). It's easy to find an attorney, but it's not so easy to find one that will explain the process and what he can do for you. He doesn't beat around the bush, and I really appreciate that. He's f...antastic at keeping us informed and his secretary seems to be very deligent. We trust him and I can't imagine allowing anyone else handle a matter that is so important. I know that he will do everything in his power and I feel like he really is on my side.

A GOOD ONE!

I feel Mr. Darby is very trustworthy & honest. His reputation precedes him for being a "go getter." He is straight forward, something I appreciate. Extremely prompt with returning messages.

Best Lawyer in Town!!

Roland recently representated in a NASTY divorce case. He came VERY highly recommended by my mother whom had the opportunity to have engaged his services over 25 years ago. Roland is not one to mince words. He tells you like it is, even if you don't like what he has to say. I wouldn't have had it... any other way. In the end, I can say that I was another satisfied customer! Roland, and his staff, are very professional, extremely knowledgeable and just plain good at what they do. Thank you Roland!!
