Robert was highly recommended by a friend so I contacted him after talking to few other attorneys. Although the others wanted me to make and appointment come in to see them, Robert took my call immediately and was personable and professional from the start. Throughout the several months it took t...o have my case resolved, Robert and his assistant Mendy continued to be extremely responsive to all my questions and were tirelessly patient in explaining and re-explaining the concepts of the legal matters before us. They always addressed my issues positively even though in most instances, the issues were so intertwined with emotion for me that it was difficult for me to focus on the positive or even just plain focus on the process at all. Robert is adept at pre-empting anything the opposing counsels had up their sleeve so he was always prepared for any number of possible scenarios and he was able to explain the potential outcomes to me so I did not feel alarmed by the turn of events at any given time. Having an excellent grasp of the legal subject matter as well as the politics within the court system, my issues were handled as they came up with no unnecessary delays. Robert was able to stay focused on my goals and was even able to re-direct my frustrations in positive ways that ended up benefitting the outcome of my case. He was always well prepared - through multiple rescheduling of the case (at the mercy of big city court dockets) while opposing counsel at times seemed disorganized and merely catching up. Robert was spontaneous and candid in his handling of the matters and his confidence projected favorably on the outcome of the proceedings. He utilized the strengths of this case in my favor and these strengths helped to establish and build additional pressure on the opposition which ultimately culminated in an out of court settlement in my favor. Mr. Franks handled my case with the utmost attention and professionalism. Nothing ever seemed to bother him, no matter the time or day. Mr. Franks clearly put thought in his decision making throughout the case, and as issues arose he would handle them in a timely manner.
