My first experience with Mr. Franks came at the referral of our family attorney, and boy let me tell you was it a home run from the start. Immediately from the start I could tell this man was very organized and prepared, this divorce was a very stressful time for me and he made all that disappear fro...m the very beginning. I have hired Robert multiple times over the last 10 years. Each time he has handled my situation with the upmost care. I've even witnessed him finding maneuvers to reduce my bill instead of running it up. Another key feature is he IS available and does return calls normally very timely. This is the ...first time I have experienced such availability when getting ahold of my lawyer. When push comes to shove I find he is aggressive and get things done. Not once have I felt like I wasn't being protected. Finally, I can tell he genuinely cares. Divorces can be such a drain emotional, mine was certain trying at times.
