Robert Daniel Franks

Robert is a very communication oriented attorney. He seems to always care about my family and I personally. Robert has been on a custody journey with me and happens to be the third attorney on my case. He is the best one by far. He cares about people in the real world because divorce and custody can ...be one of, if not the hardest thing to go through in life. He did exactly what I needed him to do in my particular case, even though I made it hard at times. Highly recommended!!

I used Mr. Franks' services in 2015 to draft and file my divorce decree on the recommendation of a coworker. I found him and his office responsive and knowledgeable. From my perspective as a father, Robert could not have done a better job protecting my right to parent my daughter. Beyond the expand...ed custody agreement Robert also did a great job of protecting my ability to provide financially in accordance with my desires not those of her mother or the courts. At our initial meeting we set out a plan based on Roberts experience and my priorities. Robert was very helpful to me in getting past the emotional turmoil underpinning divorce and focusing on the realities of the situation to form what I felt were reasonable expectations. In the end I felt like Robert achieved the majority of the goals set out. As if all that isn't enough, Robert did all of this for slightly less than the estimated billing.
