Biography
After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law and clerking at the Texas Supreme Court, I established my own law practice in 1994.
Initially, I practiced in consumer bankruptcy only, handling thousands of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases.
Over time, I broadened the focus of my practice to where I now assist people in resovling their debts in many different manners, including bankruptcy, debt lawsuit defense, student loan assistance, and debt settlement. Also, we assist our clients in pursuing consumer law claims they may have against their creditors, including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and Texas Finance Code violations.
Over the years, I have helped thousands of clients get rid of many millions of dollars of debt.

Quick and Efficient

Overall Review
I was very pleased overall how my case was handled. I was well informed of all the steps and clear of all procedures that was going to take place. It was quick and discrete.
