After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law and clerking at the Texas Supreme Court, I established my own law practice in 1994.

Initially, I practiced in consumer bankruptcy only, handling thousands of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases.

Over time, I broadened the focus of my practice to where I now assist people in resovling their debts in many different manners, including bankruptcy, debt lawsuit defense, student loan assistance, and debt settlement. Also, we assist our clients in pursuing consumer law claims they may have against their creditors, including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and Texas Finance Code violations.

Over the years, I have helped thousands of clients get rid of many millions of dollars of debt.

Great outcome

Christy represented my case and she was very responsable. I was always informed of any new developments in my case by the team in digital form and also by mail. Very Responsive!

Mr Heston and his staff were very responsive and always answered all of my questions and concerns. The portal system they have is easy to navigate and works great. Going through something like this is a really big life decision and you want to know that you’re covered by someone that knows how to navigate the process. Everyone that I felt with within the firm was knowledgeable and never made made me feel bad about what happened to lead up to this point. I would highly recommend them for all your debt situations. The Best!

Exceptional Legal Representation

Heston law firm handled my credit card judgment for me. They were extremely professional, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, their fees were extremely reasonable and my case was dismissed resulting in removal of my judgment and subsequent improvement in my credit. Solid Service - Good Results

I had an old credit card debt that I had been remiss in dealing with, my mistake. I received copious solicitation letters, but something seemed different about the Heston Firm. They were a little bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for! I got a great settlement, wonderful communication, and never had to leave my house. I sincerely believe I saved money overall in picking this firm over other ones with a different fee schedule. Anytime I had a question, I received a callback within an hour. When I asked for them to go back to the negotiation table one last time, they did are were largely successful. I highly recommend.

First Class law firm

Heston Law handled out bankruptcy. The staff who worked with us was so very patient and kind. The relieved our fears and put up with out slow response for the work product they needed. Not only did they do a stellar job with us, they also gave us a good deal of education regarding our credit future which helped immensely. We got much more than we paid for.
