Willis Everett Smith

My son was innocent, accused by someone with a vendetta I guess, for burglary of a motor vehicle. His patience over a 2 year period finally paid off and the case was dismissed. He is reasonably priced and listens to what you say. He has defended me in the past for my divorce so I used him once again ...and I don’t regret it!

Mr. Smith handled my sons case last year. My son is very young and made a horrible mistake with drugs and the people he was hanging around. I did not want one mistake to mess up my sons life forever. Everyone told us that my son would probably receive prison time but with Mr. Smith, he received pr...obation and will be able to have it removed from his record. Mr. Smith was honest and straight forward with my son and made him (my son) realize that he was being given a second chance in life and encouraged him to straighten up and not get in any more trouble.

Willis believed in my innocence when no one else did and saved me from going to prison for a very long time. He was always there when I needed him and always confident that we would win and we did. We never went to trial because he finally convinced the DA of my innocence, but I have complete confi...dence that had we gone to trial we would have won. Willis has the respect of everyone in the legal system as everyone told me I had hired the best and most of all he has my undying gratitude. If you want the best it's Willis!

This guy was great. I was very nervous because I had never been charged with a crime before. He explained everything to me and after he finished I felt that I had someone on my side who would fight for me. It all turned out exactly like he said it would. My case got reduced so that was totally unexpe...cted. He showed the prosecutors some cases and they agreed to reduce it. What I like most is that he wanted me to understand the consequences of what I was doing for my future, not just the present. Overall it was a great experience. I highly receommend him, and have recommended him to anyone I meet who may have a family or criminal matter. Also he did not charge me an arm and a leg either.
