I entered into an agreement with a law firm after a consultation that felt reassuring. I was told everything I needed to hear, and based on that, I paid $3,000 in... good faith, trusting I would receive the help I desperately needed. But once payment was made, the support stopped. I didn’t receive any follow-up, guidance, or real communication. It truly felt like a bait and switch. When I started asking hard but necessary questions—questions I had every right to ask—instead of getting answers, the firm filed a motion to withdraw from my case. They walked away without ever addressing the concerns I brought up. I’m not here to bash anyone personally, but I am here to encourage others to protect themselves: • Ask the tough questions • Get clear timelines in writing • Understand exactly what you’re paying for before you move forward with any legal services The lack of empathy I experienced was heartbreaking—especially during a time of grief. I share this in hopes it helps even one person avoid the emotional and financial stress I went through while dealing with this law firm.

Dana iWilliams is an amazing attorney. I hired her and had to let go an attorney I hired for my late brothers ' probate case. Mrs. Wiliams' and her staff helped me through the entire process . Dana is wonderful! She is straight forward and not looking to waist anyone's time nor money. She is always there to answer your questions or concerns about your case. In the court room she is a "bull dog" mrs. Williams is defiantly the best attorney in all of Polk county. She's a perfectionist when... it comes down to it.
