Biography
Jacob Paschal, a graduate of Huntsville High School, obtained his Bachelor of Arts with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin. While at the University of Texas at Austin, Jacob also completed the Business Foundations Certification Program, with highest distinction. After college, Jacob received a scholarship and attended law school at Baylor University. Jacob graduated from Baylor University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2008.
After graduating from law school, Jacob practiced law in Houston, Texas for five years. Jacob’s practice focused on litigation, representing clients in disputes involving catastrophic personal injuries, products liability, construction defects, real estate, employment, premises liability, wrongful death and commercial litigation in counties throughout Texas and some cases outside of Texas. Jacob represented a wide variety of clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to fortune 500 companies.
Jacob handles personal injury cases (car accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, wrongful death cases, product liability cases, and catastrophic injury cases) on a contingency fee basis throughout Texas. The initial consultation for personal injury cases is free. As a client, you pay no fee if there is no recovery. Jacob prides himself on making sure that each client and each case, regardless of how big or how small, get the same dedication and attention.
Jacob handles all types of litigation, including business disputes and actions to collect debt. Jacob drafts wills and handles probate matters. He also handles family law matters (divorces and custody disputes). Additionally, Jacob handles criminal law matters.
Jacob and his wife Aubree (also a graduate of Huntsville High School and the University of Texas at Austin) live in Huntsville. They have four daughters, ranging in ages from 8 years to 1 year old. Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters when he is not working. Jacob also likes spending time on the lake, playing basketball when time permits, and watching football.
